What is the difference between diclofenac potassium and diclofenac sodium?

diclofenac potassium have rapid onset of action so used for management of acute pain and that is diffrent from diclofenac soudium which may have more delayed effect so... and may be formulated as delayed release tablets

Nothing to be considered as a mistake in calling Diclofenac Potassium have a rapid onset of action in comparison with Diclofenac Sodium. I even had to learn that the Sodium salts of any medicine may even create the Hypertension. Keeping common ion effect theory in view, any eatable or inject able may raise the level of Sodium Chloride in the body which may stand as a reason in hike of Blood Pressure. I am not very much sure however.
