If your insured since you were young. You would need to find out the name of the company who is riding on the policy. There are many types of insurance programs. Another way to know is if you have any record of your parents check stubs or who ever is the provider of the plan.

Go to http://www.FindLostLifeInsurancePolicy.com and do a search for any life insurance policy that was ever issued on your life. It's fast and simple. You only need some basic information and they can search through millions of policies. If you think someone left a policy for you then you can also search for policies on that person too.
