I purchased a ringtone for my virgin mobile phone but it never sent to my phone, how can i resend it

I bought a ringtone for my virgin mobile phone and on the site it says its downloaded but it was never sent to my phone, is there anyway that i can have it re sent to my phone?

you press *63 and u call it and than press the id number of the ringtone in and it should be sent. I hope that helps you.
