How can we find out 401K totals?

We have money taken out of our pay every week for our 401k, someone has taken a loan out 7 (seven) years ago and never paid it back. We have not heard anything about ours since then. What sould we do?

Since a 401K is managed by your employer you will have to go to employee who manages the records and get a printout of your account status, ie; balance, loans and the status and who borrowed the money.

Because this is a tax deferred program sponsored by Uncle Sam, your company is responsible to you for the performance and record keeping of your account.

Good Luck.
