Well the shortest explanation I can give is for you to download Google Chrome, and click the wrench in the upper right corner. In the menu that pops up, click New Incognito Window. When you're in the Incognito mode, not a single kilobyte of information will be stored on your computer what so ever (unless you download something). No history will be kept or anything.

Alternatively, consider the portable app concept?

Keep your history in your pocket, not the desktop/laptop!

I am using Google Chrome for this, but I am running it in a sandbox as it uses the registry to store settings which should be in its own folders, and it let a browser exploit download malware automatically, straight into the Downloads folder without asking for user authorisation, as Internet Explorer and Firefox should do.
