Does the potassium level in a banana stay the same from green until ripening?

Yes and no.

Yes because the ripeness of the banana doesn't effect the potassium level.

No because as the banana ripens, it grows, and the more banana there is, the more banana there is, the more banana there is, the more potassium is in it.
