We just got back from a western carrib to Mexico, (Costa Maya and Cozumel) on the Radiance of the seas out of Tampa, Fl. there were no restrictions. that I know of, however I higily recommend checking the state department website.

In my opinion, there are no travel restrictions for Mexico. Only the thing you need a passport and visa. Mexico is one of the most exciting destinations. Recently I had visited there on a private plane with the help of Manny Aviation Services who deal with private aviation services.
