It means you're hungry by 10:30.

A Continental breakfast consists of croissants, rolls, or bread, perhaps some butter, jam, and/or marmalade, and coffee, tea, or, if you make enough of a fuss, hot chocolate. It is the breakfast of choice in most of the Continental European countries, where, apparently, they do not consider breakfast to be the most important meal of the day.

The word continental means various terms relating to continental Europe such as continental breakfast and continental lifestyle.

To expand on what figment said, when you stay at a hotel, and they have tables set up with some breakfast in the morning, that's almost always a continental breakfast. It's the food items that it consists of that make it such a thing, but they're generally found in hotels and motels.
