Well in general your feet and hands will turn blue and get frost bite and get colder more easily than the rest of your body because that's where all your nerve endings are. Furthermore, they're the furthest from your heart, so blood flow is weakest there, and that's where all the smallest blood vessels are, thus holding the least amount of blood.
