Camstudio - how can I send a recorded

I have recorded an avi fiel using camstudio software - but I can't access teh file to play it on windows media. Similarly I can't send the file to a colleague as it can only be seen when usig camstudio software.

So, how can I send it to a colleague (to run on windows media - ie NOT canmstudio) ?

Well, I have one theory. Since I use CamStudio for YouTube, save the file to your videos, put it in Windows Movie Maker (or any video editing program you have), publish it into your video folder and right click it and open it with windows media player. Then send it as an attachment through your email. I hope thats not as confusing as it sounds. :( Good Luck! :D
