How do I reset my Gateway back to factory?

All you have to do is reinstall your operating system. Your computer should have come with a couple of discs, read what's written on them, one of them should say something like "Restore Disc" or "Windows ____" (fill in the blank with whatever operating system the computer came with) and then just insert one of those discs and follow the instructions.
