How I will build my body?

I am 25 yrs old, and weight is 67 KG, doing gym, increase my weight max to 75 kg so what should be my diet chart

No junk, avoid sugAry foods, drink lots of water, try fit healthy snacks

it also depends on your body type and how easily you build muscle. working out 3 times a week for a hour and eating healthily will do it. to grow in muscle mass I would suggest that you dont do much cardio.
