What is this white dot on my pinky toe?

i have a small white dot on the bottom of my pinky toe, it itched and when i stand it hurts a little. i can't figure out what it is, i only just noticed it. i asked for help on yahoo answers but no one could figure it out and i can't find it on google. im probably just making a big deal out of nothing but its just because i have never gotten it before.
