Zebronics Eagle's View Webcam doesn't work with MSN Messenger

I purchased Zebronics Eagle's View Webcam just 10 days ago, but when i'm using it with my messenger it was not working, i'm not getting what was the actual problem, please anybody can get solution for my problem.
