Is PriorityLoans.org a scam?

For me, it seems like a scam.

Why? Here are some proofs that I found:
Reason 1. This domain name (PriorityLoans.org) is newly registered (Nov. 12, 2009).
Reason 2. They don't want to disclose the real contact information to this site, in other words, the contact information is hidden. You can check this info here:
http://whois.domaintools.com/priorityloans.org
Reason 3. On their site, they didn't say who they are and how to reach them, like phone number, fax number etc.

So, I personally advise you DO NOT submit your personal information (it's your top secret) on that site.

yes it is a scam a close friend of mine lost 20k usd Worth of to them.
