My cat is having side effects from and antibiotic, should I stop giving it to her

My cat is on a antibiotic, Zydaclin,side effects are loss of appetite, and breathing problems,,,which she is having,,Should I stop it

Take her to a vet immediately!! What is she taking the antibiotics for? If it’s for something serious, I’m not too sure if I’d suggest taking her off them completely. But if it’s soemthing small that won’t kill her, I would take her off them until u can seek medical help for her. Poor baby.. best of luck xx
