What are the advantages of eating mushroom?

Because many people recommend to have Mushroom in diet, but is there some advantages including mushrooms.

Mushrooms contain all kinds of nutrients and minerals. Mushroom decrease the risk of obesity, diabetes, cancer and heart diseases.
Mushrooms are high containing antioxidants. Antioxidant is type of free radical of chemical it destroy harmful cells of body. So it destroys harmful cancer cells and keeps control of cell division of cancers.
Basically diabetes patient advice to eat fiber diet and fiber also benefits the digestive system and reduces the risk of heart disease .Mushroom contains highly fiber and low sugar level. So mushroom prescribed for diabetes patients.
