Increasing mass of the Earth

Einstein's equation E=mc2 shows that energy can be created from mass. Therefore does the Earth's mass increase when sunlight is absorbed by plants during photosynthesis? When archaeologists are looking for old finds they inevitably have to dig below ground surface to uncover them.

No, the earth's mass does not increase, quote "Energy can be created by mass", and something can not come from nothing. Archeologists aren't increasing mass of the earth, simply moving it away from it's original spot.
