Am I pregnant? Pain in shoulder side and vag.

I am 20 & 5'2 1/2 & normally I weigh 97, but my weight had gone down to 85. It had gone up and down until now where I'm stuck at 90. I was feeling pretty nauseous, throwing up, mood swings, and always feel super full and bloated. I knew it wasn't my period and so I took two tests before my period was expected to come and failed both. I did not get my period on my usual day, but 4 days later had started spotting very lightly. I would be bleeding and then it would stop and start again.. I failed two more tests recently but my lower stomach has become very rounded and its never looked this way before, could I be pregnant with all this weight change? Please help!

n a normal pregnancy, the fertilized egg implants and develops in the uterus. In most ectopic pregnancies, the egg settles in the fallopian tubes. This is why ectopic pregnancies are commonly called "tubal pregnancies." The egg also can implant in the ovary, abdomen, or the cervix, so you also might hear these referred to as cervical or abdominal pregnancies.

None of these areas has as much space or nurturing tissue as a uterus for a pregnancy to develop. As the fetus grows, it will eventually burst the organ that contains it. This can cause severe bleeding and endanger the mother's life. A classical ectopic pregnancy does not develop into a live birth.
