First of all you have to cut down carbs from your diet. Then you have to eat only fruits as much as you can. Try to avoid junks foods. Hope this tricks work with you.

Losing weight fast is really dangerous, but what you should do. Is cut out all junk food and have smaller meals. You should not skip meals and you need to drink plenty of water and exercise at least 2 hours per day.
