First of all you have to cut down carbs from your diet. Then you have to eat only fruits as much as you can. Try to avoid junks foods. Hope this tricks work with you.

Losing weight fast is really dangerous, but what you should do. Is cut out all junk food and have smaller meals. You should not skip meals and you need to drink plenty of water and exercise at least 2 hours per day.

You should eat diet rich in protein and low in carbohydrates including fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid processed foods and foods high fat content. But only diet is not helpful. In addition to this you should exercise regularly.

Carbs you have to avoid because it is for weight gain and your goal is different so you eat protein foods and make sure you always avoid sugar in your diet because one day of sugar will lose your efforts of 1 week so think before when you try. If you are going to the gym then do strength training rather than weight lifting.
