MBA or MS in Business Analytics

Is an MS degree in business analytics followed by a certificate of entrepreneurship sufficient enough to launch a business venture?

I think some will argue a MBA with emphasis in business analytic would be the best route specially if my aspiration is to start a business. However, I feel there aren’t enough courses on the analytics side to be proficient. The MS degree followed by entrepreneurship certificate seems more logical.
