Im a 16 yr old athlete, been noticing that I have gained weight (fat) though I run quite often and exercise in my room nightly. How can I lose my weight and what kind of modifications do I need? (It's difficult to diet from being surrounded my greasy, fatty, and processed foods in my household and without starving myself)
