Yes. You can incorporate a joint venture with a Malaysian partner. But to do so, the foreign director of the companies should have a minimum of 50% control over the venture and the other half will be owned by the Malaysian partner. Not only this, but also a minimum of RM500,000 as authorized capital and paid-up capital of RM350,000.
