Epoxy waterproofing is like a green paint layer that they spray on metal to keep water off it so it doesnt rust. Government concrete pours use it often because it increases the lifetime of the steel for a relatively low cost, but people who just need cheap steal dont use it cause its just getting burried under concrete. In my experience its been used on rebar...reinforcing bars that they put under concrete when the pour it to give it strength

Epoxy is a type material like hard, shiny, and smooth, much like plastic. Epoxy flooring is the best material to protect concrete floors. It is long lasting, effective, low maintenance and easy to clean.you can use epoxy floors for your garage, pool deck, retail shop, or your big shop.Although there are many local stores where you can buy it like "Cisneros Decorative Concrete Company" our local US store from where I did the order for my shop.
