I got banned from my old middle schools for giving my 13 year old friend a vape pen(I'm 16)

I got banned from my old middle school for giving a 13 year old friend a vape pen(I'm 16) . The friend and another one of their friends got caught smoking it on school campus. Is there any ways I can get unbanned to see them promote? No one has told me I'm banned like the principal of the school, the principal has just told the students parents.
