How to update window 10 drivers manually?

Will upgrading to windows 10 delete drivers? if so, which of the three options would?
I am getting frequent BSODs relating to my drivers since my new APU installation, and have done much research to no avail. So I am resorting to reinstalling Windows 10. Would this reset my drivers? Thanks.

It would be better to contact with computer software seller they definitely help you update window 10. Recently my window 7 corrupted and I bought a window 10 key from Software Planet.

In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
Select a category to see names of devices, then right-click (or press and hold) the one you'd like to update.
Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
Select Update Driver.
