Reynolds number

I am not sure if this is the right platform to ask this but I am desperate for a quick response. Can someone please help me out…?
The formula for getting a Reynolds number is velocity multiplied by diameter then divided by ν (nu) the kinematic viscosity. What if I am not given this nu…how do I calculate the Reynolds Number? May I add that I intend to use the Reynolds number to ready the moody diagram. I will really appreciate a quick response. Thank you in advance
