How can I find out what occurred on my laptop/internet, if the third-party deleted their history?

I let a third party use my laptop and internet on several occasions recently, but they would routinely delete the local browser history prior to return. I also suspect that my bookmarked Facebook and gmail accounts were accessed, and would like to know how I can find out exactly what online and local activity occurred?
