What are the requirements to register a new private limited company in malaysia?
Private limited company is identified as Sendirian Berhad or shortly as Sdn. Bhd. and the requirements for registering a company is Malaysia are
* Minimum of two holders to the share the stakes of the company
* Minimum of two directors who resides in Malaysia
* Company Secretary who is either an individual registered member professional body stated by the Ministry of Domestic Trade Cooperative and Consumerism or an individual licensed by the SSM.
