HP ENVY 4500 printer will not print?

I am trying to print something on my HP ENVY 4500 but it says 1 document waiting. I tried to print something last night, but it never printed, so I went to "See what's printing", and it said that the document was waiting. So I pressed "cancel", and the status said "deleting", so I waited. After an hour, it still said "deleting" so I gave up and shut the computer off. This morning, it still says "Document 1 waiting", and I cannot print anything. If I press print, it turns to "2 documents waiting", and the status is still "deleting" for the first one. What is wrong? I have Windows 10. I deleted the document like 8 times but it still says "Deleting - Document waiting"

HP Envy 4500 printer sometimes stops printing. When such issue occurs, you must try to take a photocopy from your printer. If it can copy document without any issue then try the given steps:
• Unplug all the USB cables from your printer and then open Control Panel.
• Then go to Programs and Features and select your printer to uninstall it.
• Now again open Control Panel and click “Devices and Printers” then select all printer entries and remove the device.
• Open “Run” window and type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
• Then under print server properties, click on drivers and remove entries from there as well.
• Open “run” window and type “c:/programdata”, open HP folder and remove all printer related files and folders.
• Restart your computer. After restarting you can download and install the software again from HP site.
You can take assistance from printer experts to complete installation successfully. All you need to do is, give us a call on HP Printer customer care number UK.
