Live in very remote desert town with no access to city water, no well, no vehicle or bus lines, and only water hauling service in area are scammers who are nearly impossible to get a hold of. Don't answer the phone, won't return messages for days, make us wait up to a week, short us on loads, and try to steal from us. No other water delivery service in area, no way to haul it ourselves, no way to move. -Pregnant and thirsty.
