Just found out on my lokal network that I have an exploit in my imap server

just found out on my lokal network that I have an exploit in my IMAP server that's creates a bind shell with armitage.
What can I do with that? Can't do any commads like ls, cd etc. I thinks it a bin hash Shell because it starts with #.
I've tried every privilege escalation there is but none works.
What should I do to get further in my progress?
Can I get I backdoor with root privilege? Or try some commads to get mails and password?

I caught my employee cheating and sharing our client lists with competitors. Thanks to Pro Hacker, I had emails, BBM conversations and meeting records plus I knew exactly whom they were visiting.
