Should I tell my parents that my 9 year old brother watches porn?

I walked into my 9 year old brothers room and saw him watching porn on our family laptop with his quote on quote "girlfriend" then they were kissing and touching each other my parents were both in the garage when I saw this what should I do should I talk to him or should I tell my parents?

If you're older and have knowledge of safe sex practice's, sexual experience or have basic sex education then you can talk to him about his new found interest, by telling him that it is all normal and natural for him and girlfriend to be curious and want to explore their sexuality, but with that comes acceptance of a lot more responsibility on their part.

Make sure that he knows and understands that porn is not sexual reality but is nothing more then for entertainment purpose's, whatever you do don't scold him saying how bad, wrong or perverted it is, shaming him only warps and confuses the future of kids sexual identity and sexuality as they mature which is more damaging then the kissing, touching or sexual acts themselves.

I wouldn't tell your parents, because parents would do nothing more then over react about something that is innately normal and natural to our human essence, believe it or not most parents are totally ignorant about child rearing practices and don't have the slightest interest about learning anything new other then to teach you how they were taught to believe and behave when they were young.
What harm could come to two 9 year olds(I'm assuming they're both the same age) sharing kiss's and caress's together? Gaining experience and knowledge could only empower them as individuals in so many ways, isn't that what any loving, caring parent would want for their child, self empowerment?.

Yeah, ruin your relationship with your brother by talking to him about a sexual topic even tho he more than likely doesn't want you to. Sounds great.
