What qualities define a great team leader?

15 years of professional experience within international companies. My atypical profile as Sales Manager converted in Human Resources allows me to very quickly understand the business strategy of a company and facilitates my understanding of the human challenges. My experiences in various work environments such as an international headquarters, a production centre, a shop, a call centre is a competitive advantage which allows me to adapt myself to various contexts and to establish quickly a good communication with my interlocutors whatever are their responsibilities in the company. My passion, my professionalism and my orientation towards performance allow me to issue what is expected by my clients with pragmatism and simplicity.
