the best way to enjoy fight without fear is to prepare yourself before traveling by few days to be relax and not to exert much effort ,also buy interesting book,you have to think that your flight is a small trip in side your main trip you have to enjoy being disconnected to noise and mobile and work an enjoy watching favorite film or listening favorite song or reading favorite book just relaxing time you can have gum to decrease ears pain
