I am not able to connect the Kindle via USB.

I am unable to connect my Kindle device to my personal computer. There are no massages no error and nothing like being connected. It is showing me charging only. How can I connect it?

Hi there, it seems like you are having some technical problems. First of all check your data cable which is connecting your device to your computer. May be that is not working properly.
