Instagram says "link not allowed"

Instagram says "Link not allowed" (in my bio). So I tried to remove the link as I now cannot like, comment, follow or change my bio, I can however post a picture on Instagram without a caption and change my icon. It's not allowing me to remove the link but I can still use my IG just be inactive. What do I do?
