Can I attend a music production course at the age of 14?

I am 14 years old and I want to produce music as a career when I am older. I know the basics, but I want to learn more. Im interested in BIMM (http://www.bimm.co.uk), but there Music Production course (http://www.bimm.co.uk/study/courses/london/music-production/diploma-in-music-production/) asks whether I want to apply for a diploma or degree. I dont really understand what that means. Can I still go to my secondary school while doing this course? Can I apply for a music diploma at my age? Difference between a diploma/degree? What are the best qualifications? Do I need to complete my GCSE's to apply?

I know there are a lot of questions, but I need some help.

Thanks!
