Inbound call centre deals with a majority of incoming calls and outbound call centre is the exact opposite of an inbound call centre.

You know Both Inbound and Outbound Call Centers are totally different concept

When customer care agent transmitted large number of calls for telemarketing, product advertisement, getting feedback etc among clients, these types of service is known as Outbound Call Center Services.

When client or potential customers do calls to company customer care center for any inquiry purposes then this one is in inbound services.

An inbound call center service handles the incoming calls whereas outbound call center is responsible for making outbound calls to targeted customers. Inbound call center are majorly customer service-focused.
A call center agent answers the queries- feedback/ orders/ complaints about products/ services. On the other hand, in outbound call center, a call center agents makes a call to a targeted group of consumers in order to promote/ sell product/ services.

There are two types of call centre services one is outbound and another is inbound customer care services. When company’s call centre agent received large number of calls from customer side then this is the part of inbound call centre services and when agent make bulk number of calls to their clients for telemarketing purposes like business promotion and marketing then this is known as outbound call centre services.
