How to stop these posts from appearing on my Facebook News feed?

Okay well on Facebook whenever I am scrolling down there are always these spam posts with pictures of deformed people and injured people and people who look like they have been killed and it always says on the top of the post "Say Amen or 7 Years Bad Luck!" And these posts make me feel very uncomfortable and I want to stop them from popping up, how can I stop it?
