Windows 10 blue screen boot loop

Hi, I know this is cringe worthy but Tl;Dr is that I shot my laptop screen with an .177 pistol by accident, so as you'd guess the LCD is dead so currently turned off and I'm using HDMI, once I turned the laptop off after this incident it fails to boot, with a blue blackground and white loading circle forever on windows 10, this was on my SSD so I put in the HDD that came with the laptop stock and it booted fine, Usually I can repair a windows boot failure but the laptop won't use HDMI in the start up repair options so I can't see at all what I'm doing, what would you recommend doing, I have another PC that I can access.

Thank you for your time.
