How do I activate iphone 5s without inserting sim card first?

i just got the iphone 5s but it wont let me use it without inserting a sim card to activate first.. I want to know if I can put a sim ,activate it and then quickly remove it . will that also work ?

Someone just recommend ([email protected]) to me I don't even believe what that person told me about the great hacker until I contacted ([email protected]) I explained everything to her about my issues bit now I got better result and I'm us this medium to tell everyone the the great hacker HACKERTOM10 for the good job she always do for everyone and also thanks the person that recommend HACKERTOM10 to me
