Help im being falsely accused of physical abuse by one of my own kids

I need help I have 4 kids my 13 year old got mad because I took her phone from her so she went to school the next day and said I beat on her and her sisters dfs was called along with the Sherriff they only question my 13 year old and on what she said alone they took all my kids from me I have never put my hands on any of my kids the other 3 have told them that and are wanting to come home my 13 year old has a history of mental disorder and has been placed in a mental health care thers no marks nothing no evidence onley what the 13 year old is saying what can they do how long can they keep my baby's away we have court the 3rd and they have been in foster care for 2 week's

Since there's no marks on her they will not take your kids away maybe you should take your 13 year old to get help but I don't think you need to worry because um sure your a great parent

All you can do is try to explain what really happened I guess. It sucks, I know someone that went to prison for 12 years because his ex-wife convinced his children to say he molested them. Hopefully things go a lot better for you.
