What does a real estate agent/realtor do?

I am an electrical engineer, patent attorney, and real estate investor. I have been buying and selling real estate over the last 20 years. I built up enough real estate rental income to leave my full time position as a partner in a law firm several years ago. The formula to building wealth in real estate is simple: leverage plus appreciation, with enough cash flow to cover your expenses. I own real estate in four countries. At present, the U.S. has the most affordable real estate in the world. Rent versus price ratios are the highest in the world. Taxes on rental income are some of the lowest in the world. My goal here is to help people smartly buy rental income real estate and grow rich.

If you are looking for a place to share your travel photos and stories, then try BigRoom.

The best realtor is not afraid to speak up. He or she should be just as promotional about the seller’s home as if it was their own. By being aggressive, the realtor is working hard to put the home in the forefront of the local market.

The best real estate agent isn't hesitant to talk up. He or she ought to be similarly as limited time about the dealer's home as though it was their own. By being forceful, the real estate broker is striving to put the home in the cutting edge of the nearby market.
