I was in the hospital waiting room and miscarried

I was in the hospital waiting room for 4 hours yesterday as I miscarried we tried everything we could to try and get me in and they wouldn't take me in .even after saying they were cleaning a room and I'd be in soon it was still anotheir 3 hours after and I still hadn't gone in. We had to go rush to another hospital 40 min away to find out I had indeed lost my baby..what could I do about this?
