Car accident......
A car crossed an intersection, received one citation " failure to yield
from the stop sign" and the other driver had 0 citations or tickets.....
If this car accident went through both insurance companies and the
DMV, and the person with the 0 citations was paid for the damages...
Could the person who received the one citation ask to have the car
accident investigated to prove the other person at fault ?
