Resumes, Interviewing, Cover Letters, Recruitment is nessery for job?

I'm recruiter...from my point of view I agree that all these are flesh to the bare bones as employer doesn't know who you are,your talents,skills,etc....Its your responsibility to let them know what are you....And its upto the Employer to decide whether you're fit for the position...For that Cover letter is a mandatory one.....I advised all candidate to go for short,pertinent,conveying rather than Lengthy and Impertinent one....If you are unaware on how to write a cover letter just glide through this video:
