Load bearing capacity of aluminium tube

if used as a stretcher, (2 tubes with canvas stretched between them) could a 45mm OD (5mm wall) aluminium tube be able to carry an adult without permanently deforming?

I want to use a tube as supports for a stretcher but am having trouble finding what the size of the tube should be, ideally aluminium but stainless steel could also be used.

Stretcher should be able to comfortably support 200lbs.

The carrying capacity of aluminum tubes depends on the raw materials from which they are manufactured. The aluminum tube made of high-hardness aluminum alloy is naturally stronger than the ordinary aluminum tube, so it can withstand more force.
The above answer comes from Jiangyin Mingding Aluminum Products Co., Ltd.
