What is the best spell to bind out bad health from your body?

If you have a condition that every time you get rid of it comes back soon. How can I bind it off so my soul doesn't get influenced? It has been here nearly my whole life time permenantly and also others are able to more easily use me maluably and harass me because of it.
Specifically something itching my eye I cant surgically get out of it but it is there. I took medicine for it but it didn't help me so how do I sergically bind this out spiritually?
