What are the best exercises/workouts are good for the back muscles and biceps?

I talked to a guy who is bulked and showed him my workout and said that im covering group of muscles with good workout which is good,i think..But he said that I just need to add a workout for my back and my biceps.And no one knows that im trying to get fit at home cause I just do it at my room.So guys,please suggest some good workouts for my biceps and back without equipment .Thanks!
